Musical Milestones (age 4-Kindergarten)

A prepatory choir, much like Kindermusic classes.   Exploring music through singing and other musical activities

Wednesdays
6:00 – 6:30

Joyful Song (Grades 1-3)

Activities, games, and a variety of approaches are used to teach music and Christian principles. This choir sings monthly for worship services.

Wednesdays
7:00 – 8:00

Wesleyan Choir (Grades 4-6)

Children learn to sight-sing, sing harmony, and lead worship. Monthly singing in a worship service.

Wednesdays
7:00 – 8:00

Summer Music Camp (Grades 1-6)

Rehearses a Christian musical in the mornings for a week, then performs it the following Sunday.

Youth Choir (Grades 7-12)

Close to 40 middle and high school students sing at least monthly in worship services. They minister to others on their out-of-state summer trips.

Choir Room 

Chancel Choir (Adult)

Singing regular weekly services, the Chancel Choir presents a wide range of anthems from the classics to spirituals and classical contemporary pieces. They also sing for the Boar's Head Festival, described below. The 40-member choir has sung choral works – by composers such as Bach, Brahms, Duruflé, Fauré, Handel, Mozart, Rutter, and Schubert – with orchestra or chamber groups.

Celebration Singers (Adult/Youth)

All youth and adult singers are invited to help lead the 9 AM service along with the team. 

Sundays (as announced) 8 AM rehearsal
Sing at 9 AM

Contemporary Worship Team (Adult/Youth)

Worship team of singers, musicians (guitars, drums, keyboard), and sound and video techies who lead the 9:00 worship service.

Sunday mornings
7:15 – 8:45

Labyrinth

 

An auditioned/select group of youth and adult vocalists who present music in all worship services. Music is chosen from across classical and contemporary literature.
